Jim if it would help I'm happy to email Twitter to complain and am sure other readers would too. Is there a particular email address for us to use as it would presumably help if we all complain to same one!
ReplyDeleteBy all means fill in a form that can be found on Twitter - but it's utterly pointless because after a week, the above is what I received by way of a reply. An endless loop, seemingly not involving humans, so I think we're just left with helping with their negative publicity. They're not making a profit, useage is falling and they'll be gobbled up soon no doubt.
DeleteJim, Twitter may be crap but rest assured your blog doesn't need it for positive publicity.
DeleteAll you can do is tweet @support or fill in the form like at https://support.twitter.com/forms/feature_report?feature=tweets
