  1. good to see the strike images from around england & wales; however, lets not get carried away. this govt has today shown it will sell anyone down the river - in partnership with private business - in a show of naked ambition to simply get its own way. Portsmouth & its naval history is a signifcant sacrifice & shows (i) how little these tory boys & girls understand and how far removed they are from reality; plus (ii) how desperate they are not to lose scotland from the union. That should leave the SNP with a warm glow.

and so, to put things in perspective, the tiny whimper of napo members (in context of today's govt/bae announcement) is unlikely to get grayling rushing to change his undies. BUT - it is nevertheless part of a critical mass that seems to be forming...

... imagine the impact of a single day of unified industrial action by the public sector - nursing, ambulance, fire, napo, local govt, royal mail, etc etc.

    1. The next step must be to try and get Liberal Democrat MP's to change their mind about TR and before the second reading of the Offender Rehabilitation Bill next Monday 11th November.
