Lots of ifs and buts. I want to see what reoffending rates have been for the London CRC since the start of privatisation. And I want to be able to compare them to pre- privatisation figures.Those stats are not due till October. I bet when the day arrives we will be faced with yet more fudged figures presented in as non-conclusive a way as possible. People basically take a calculated risk..can I get away with this? Answer .quite likely yes!
