But in another odd turn had reassured the owner that he would take good care of the vehicle, leaving a note saying: “I am borrowing your car but I will not damage it."

The authorities drafted in thousands of officers from forces close to Mukaishima, in Hiroshima Prefecture, and are searching cars and abandoned buildings across what is normally a peaceful island, which is heavily forested and hilly.Jim Brownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00258147767051200157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8578343158425987632.post-16747892395709981522018-04-19T08:17:53.184+01:002018-04-19T08:17:53.184+01:0003:37 total bollox . 03:37 total bollox . This will not constitute industrial action and you are not being asked to refuse to undertake your normal duties.

The unions will be producing materials to support the day, including leaflets and placards. We would like members to stage protests in public areas near to your workplaces, contact local MPs to come and meet you, and tell your stories to the local media. He is a cool customer but I thought his face belied that coolness. He appeared to me to know everything thats wrong and what needs to happen to put things right, but I really got the impression he was caught between a rock and a hard place.
Too many demands on CRCs to conform to any expectation of a minimum level of practice and standard of delivery and they'll either demand a fortune or pick up sticks and walk away.
Without some level of considerable improvement in delivery of services by CRCs the inspection reports and failings are just going to go from very bad to much much worse.
I'm just making a point. Not expressing any sympathy for Rory.
He did say that there needs to be improvement and an expected level of good and acceptable level of delivery from CRCs, a baseline for an acceptable standard, so who will decide that?
I think what he needs to do as a matter of urgency is impose a minimum expectation on time spent face to face with clients, and stipulate how often that should occur.
In truth, I don't think it would hurt the unions cause to make the same call. After all its just a call to allow probation staff to do their work properly, and it's sure to cause the private companies huge headaches with their inadaquate models of delivery. The way things are and the direction of travel means just demanding competent delivery is a protest in itself.
And just for my own understanding, is there a reason why the Probation Institute, the Centre of excellence, have never been called to give their opinion to the state of play or respond to the publication of the inspectors report?

'Getafix Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8578343158425987632.post-81906159598077467992018-04-18T10:52:12.847+01:002018-04-18T10:52:12.847+01:00Leave her alone she has done a good job .
